"Prices seemed higher than expected"
The products were good, but I felt like the wording was a bit misleading. It made things sound like a better deal than they actually were, and once I saw the prices, they just didn’t feel worth it to me.

"So much choice for jewellery supplies"
i mean, I’m really happy with the range on Cookson Gold. Most of the time I can find everything I need in one place, whether it’s silver wire, sheet, tools, findings, or those little bits I always forget to order. It saves me having to jump between loads of different sites, and there are plenty of options for different budgets too. I’ll definitely keep using them.

"Fast response and genuinely helpful"
I had a quick question about my order and was surprised by how fast they got back to me. It didn’t feel like I was just sitting there waiting or being ignored, which I really appreciated. The person who helped me explained everything clearly and got it sorted without making it a big deal. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely use them again. I ordered a few bits and they arrived much faster than I was expecting (always a nice surprise). No hassle at all, everything was packed properly, and it all turned up in good shape. I’ll definitely use them again when I need to stock up on more stuff

I’ve ordered from Cooksongold a bunch of times now it’s just one of those places that seems to get everything right. My orders always show up when expected, the website feels safe and easy enough to use, and the prices are laid out clearly so there’s no messing about. For jewellery bits, I’d say they’re basically the kind of company you can just trust without overthinking it

"Packaging was actually spot on"
Ordered a few bits from Cooksongold and, to be honest, I was impatiently checking for the delivery because I needed them quickly. When it arrived, the packaging was really good. Everything was packed neatly and securely, with no dents or stuff rattling around loose. The box was a sensible size too, not loads of pointless waste. It just looked like someone had actually taken care with it, which I really appreciate.

I’ve ordered from Cooksongold a few times now and, the delivery has been spot on every time. It usually turns up the next day, or exactly when they said it would, which is really handy when I’m waiting on bits for orders. Packaging’s been fine as well... never had anything missing or damaged. Just easy, reliable, and no messing around really.
